Class: ProcessorBundleRefusedError ​

A REFUSED BUNDLE, AS A HOST RAISES IT: the refusal's own fields on an Error whose name a tab narrows on, since a failure crosses a port by name and by its own enumerable fields (PortError).

A host raises this where it was given a processorBundle and the load was refused, BEFORE it builds the generation's state, so a refused bundle claims no store and folds nothing.
