Function: blocksOf()

blocksOf<ABI>(fixture): FixtureBlock<ABI>[]

The fixture's events grouped into blocks, in order.

One block is the unit a processor applies atomically, so it is the unit a replay hands over, and the unit a benchmark should time. Blocks with no events do not appear, because the capture never saw them.
