SemanticField = object

A field declared with a semantic type BESIDE its storage class (ADR-0098): {storage: 'blob', type: 'u256'}. The key is type, not as, which already names a relation's collection.

The type owns a canonical encoding, an equality and an ordering (see SEMANTIC_TYPES), and a declaration naming an unknown type, or a storage class the type cannot be encoded in, is refused at declaration time.
