How many events one process() call inside a chunk carries, when the host names none.

The engine's own default for the same cut, restated here rather than reached for through ProvidedIndexerConfig: this runtime builds no engine, and a second NUMBER is cheaper to keep honest than a dependency on a config object that carries a provider's worth of unrelated knobs.
