Function: assertWellFormed()

assertWellFormed<ABI>(batch): void

Defined in: packages/core/src/streamBuilder.ts:603

The envelope checks, which are the ones a receiver can make before it knows anything about its own cursor.

Separate from StreamBuilder because they are a fact about the BATCH and not about this receiver, so a sender-side test and a host that wants to reject early can both reach for them.
