WHICH STORAGE this signal is about, said the way the store itself is configured.
It is deliberately the SAME shape BrowserStateStoreConfig's default arm has, so what an app passes here is the value it already passed to createBrowserStateStore rather than a second name that can drift from it. Omitted means the store's own default (etherfold-state), resolved through the backend's own constant so the two cannot answer differently.
