One field today, and it is here rather than only on the store because it is checked against something the store never sees: see assertRetentionCoversReorgs.

The reorg depth this deployment declared when it configured the store's retention, in block numbers.
Optional, and only ever used to catch a disagreement. A deployment that set no retention window has stated no floor and cannot disagree with one.
