Type Alias: HostHotUpdate

HostHotUpdate = object

Defined in: packages/browser/src/host/envelope.ts:273

THE LAST HOT UPDATE A HOST TOOK, as a tab is told it.

report is the ReconfigureReport the call answered, BY VALUE: the same three verdicts the main thread's reconfigureFromHotUpdate answers, because the host answers it with that very function, and a tab's reload indicator branches on one contract whichever thread the fold runs on (ADR-0085).

count is how many hot updates this host has taken, so two saves that answer the same verdict (unchanged twice, or the same failed) are two things that happened rather than one push suppressed as a repeat. It counts from this host's start, and a restarted host starts again from nothing, as it starts its generations again.
